Turpial is twitter client like Tweetdeck for Linux , It is written in Python and aims to be an application with low consumption of resources and integrate the user’s desktop without sacrificing any functionality.
It is not only wanted to reinvent the wheel (assuming that DestroyTwitter, TweetDeck etc . Are available for Linux), but a customer wants to achieve more seamless with the desktop that runs on Linux and lightweight desktop environment like Fluxbox, Openbox , etc (thinking of the netbooks), and Adobe Air, for example, only runs in KDE / GNOME and GTK most customers lack a lot of functions.
