Reader2Twitter:sync Google Reader shared items to Twitter
Reader2Twitter is a simple idea where you enter your credentials for Twitter, match it up with your Google Reader shared id number and it will send shared items to your stream. it has a few features built in:
- real-time sync your Google Reader shared item to Twitter
- auto shorten link using j.mp’s service by bitly
- format you sync tweet using parameter
- using Google Reader to tweet
- 3 sync types
Authentication is via oAuth and the remainder of the sign up process was simple. You can set your bit.ly api key to track clicks and een add a pretext line for your tweet (like Reader Share:)
I would not recommend this if you have constant shares or maybe you can set up an alternate Twitter account for people to follow.
