How do i clean chrome or stainless steel surfaces?
How do I clean chrome and stainless steel without leaving ithem all smeary? I use a Flash all in one cleaner, which says it is suitable for stainless steel and chrome but every time I clean with it my surfaces are left with smudge marks. I try drying the surface afterwards with either kitchen roll of a tea towel to no avail. Any comments would be welcome.

To give chrome a shine without a streak suck as in bumpers and other chrome parts first wash it with a hose or pressure washer and scrub it. Then to give it a real shine spray chrome wheel cleaner on it. This shouldn’t leave any streaks if its high quality chrome. If it does its time to get the re-chromed.

Chrome should only be washed with a sponge or other soft item, or it will become scratched.
Scratches on chrome are tough to remove, impossible if they’re deep.
Any wax-based cleaner should work.
Chrome is a highly-polished layer of nickel over copper over a steel (or plastic these days) base.
Stainless Steel is made from a mix of alloys with a high nickel content.
Any ammonia-based product will shine it up, and remove smudges and fingerprints. True stainless (as in a kitchen sink) can be rejuvenated with a good steel-wool scrubbing with WD40. Followed by a wash with a degreaser.
Some “stainless steel” appliances are just gray painted.

Use what they do in McDonald’s, where a large part of the working day is taken up with “Ajaxing”.
Buy Ajax (a bleach in powder form), wet a cloth and wring it out. Sprinkle a bit of Ajax onto it to make a paste, adding a little more water if necessary. Then rub over the stainless steel, covering it. Then with a new cloth, wipe off with as hot water as you can bear and buff dry with kitchen roll. Go with the grain if there is one.
It’s how they get their stainless so smear free.

This is the absolute best way to get the job done right… I know as all of my appliances are stainless and this is where I got my info. Before, I had the same problem as you do – streaking! And now, all my clients clean their appliances this way when preparing to sell… And McDonald’s doesn’t use Ajax… it’s a powder that scratches. My youngest teen works there and they use liquid amonia but it smells so bad I refuse to use it here in the home :0

Depends on what it is you are cleaning..my kitchen appliances clean best with a liquid stainless cleaner I buy from Rona (Canadian hardware store), or I have purchased a stainless cleaner from the furniture store where I bought the appliances..I have tried the wipes (nope), soap and water (nope), alcohol (nope)..all the so called tricks leave streaks..the proper cleaners work best..put on, then dry polish off. It cleans, no streaks, no fingerprints and lasts looking good for a few days (I have kids and dog who rubs up against appliances). Chrome as in fixtures clean well with all kinds of kitchen/bath products..if lime scale is present use Lime Away or similar products..if chrome/stainless on vehicle use any Mother’s products available in car washing/polishing stores.

Reborn dolls, however people today would intend to name them, fake babies or genuine baby dolls, they stay as dolls. Reborners sell their babies via their personal web sites, or occasionally by way of ebay. In some situations it really is almost impossible to tell the distinction between a new born and genuine baby till you inside inches. Moreover, in the event you present sick grandma, a sweet and cheerful reborn baby doll, she’ll pamper it as if the baby is 1 amongst her numerous offspring. A lot of who get the dolls and treat them like this are performing to fill an emotional void. Earrings are also an straightforward addition.

You can either use Ammonia or Rubbing alcohol diluted with water. They both shine without streaking.
