it is not yet released
will release in mid of 2010 as you asked

it is made specially for netbooks.

Yes chrome os will be free, but i doubt it will be a direct hit to the windows 7 because it’s not coming out in later of 2007, talk about at take care.

Yes, but. The Chrome operating system will not be a full fledged OS. It will work “in the cloud” using the internet to run programs and store data. And as for it being free, that’s the story now but they could charge in the future for more functionality. No one knows how it will work with printers scanners and other peripherals that you attach to your computer.
