how can I allow another user on the same computer to use a program?

I have one more user account (limited) on my computer apart from administrator. And then I have installed a program from administrator’s account and try to use that from other account. There I couldn’t see this program is installed.

Installed program is Chrome (Google web browser)

Will still be installed on C and should be in Start>Programs.
