How do i set up my twitter to update when i update my Facebook status?
is it possible when i update my FB status it will automatically update my twitter? if yes, then how can i set it up to do that.

You have to talk with Twitter admins

you have to send an e-mail to twitter and facebook and have them link up your pages

RSS Feed (Really Simple Syndication) from your facebook status updates to (twitter feed) that in-turn feeds your twitter account.
Or if you have multiple micro-bloging platforms you are posting on ie. plurk, livejournal, myspace, utterli, etc you can-
RSS – to your twitter feed account, your twitter feed account to your ping.fm account (they distribute to 27 of your Social network Identity’s including facebook and twitter.

Facebook and twitter are two different sites. Are you too lazy to just update both on different tabs?
No, there is no easy way to do that.
