you might have no choice but to bring it to a chroming shop because it will be cheaper than the work its going to take to attach chrome sheets to some other metal. you should try looking to see if they sell those parts for your car in chrome already, like on ebay motors. you could even try using that window tint that looks like crome and putting it over those parts but it wont last as long

They make a chrome type of tape that I saw in a truck accessory catalog.
