Quarantine and protective measures, people should take steps for themselves: Don’t travel, avoid public places such as pools, movie theatres, airports…
Or just go about life without fear until it hits your hometown.

the chinese govt probably enforced some really harsh quarantine laws and if you broke these laws they shot you plain and simple

I remember SARS was worst in China than authorities realized. A whole apartment building was quarantined. It`s hard to say. Governments always hide massive outbreaks to save their ecomomies
