Anyone in the USA should be a little worried. I’ve heard schools are planning a shut down by late next week here in Chicago.

The closest the swine flu is to you is in New York and Ohio. I live in Ohio, so I’m a little scared, but no one in the U.S. has died yet so I think you will be fine. Just be cautious and if you feel you are getting some of the symptoms then ask someone to go get you either Tamiflu or Relenza because the CDC says it seems very effective against the new strain.

*Remember when you go to work/school don’t touch your face and wash your hands more often then you usually do.

the swine flu has already infected my state and i live in new york but im not worried tho i have been wshing my had be for i eat and taking more showers and i asked my doctor about it. dont ask the inter4net ask your DOCTOR!!!!!!!

this virus started in mexico so far 80 people have died in mexico. no one has died in the usa so far.

You should not be scared of swine flu period. It is NOT killing bunches of people.. or even ANY people in the US. Only twenty people have it and it was MILD. Nobody even had to be in the hospital. Recovery in 3 days. This is not a bad flu. It isn’t some deadly super bug. If you are very old, or very young (under age 6) or you have HIV or some other serious medical condition, be cautious. The rest of us are not about to take a dirt nap. Even if it did spread fast, which it isn’t. In the 80s when the swine flu ran through the US it was much worse than this and even then, millions didn’t die.

I live in NC too
I’d rather not die too, and I have a few of the symptoms so I’m a little freaked

A few precautions:
Wash ur hands alot
Avoid much contact/touching to ur face/mouth
And I’m staying inside my house as much as possible now
