Get Back Chrome Passwords?

I had many saved passwords of Google chrome in it. So i need to know how can i get those back after i install new chrome in my new os..
My old os and its data are still there in another partition…
Any expert please help..

Boot up into your old partition. Install Google Chrome Backup: Run it and create a backup file (save it to a conveneint place like Desktop). Then you can boot into your new partition, install this program in that partition, and then, using GCB, RESTORE your old profile onto the newer partition.
