Can installing a BSD Distro effect your ability to install Windows at a later time?

I’ve been using OpenBSD for years and never had any problem installing windows afterwards (not that I very often do).
Ignore the guy who slagged off FreeBSD – it’s a great operating system and just as good as Linux in it’s way. In some ways it’s probably even better.

Hi, yeah it will because BSD will install its own boot loader. Also why do u want to try freeBSD? If u r giving it a shot because OS X is based on it then don’t bother because BSD sucks. Give Linux a try. If u want to continue then install Windows first then BSD. I hope I helped.
Good Luck!
