I want to edit clips of my video. I already have Macromedia flash and photoshop so those two combined can be my visual effects. the version of flash I have cannot edit frames of a video, so pretty much anything that I can edit the video with just deleting frames.

Try “Adobe Premiere” and “After Effects”

Go here:
Type in “adobe premiere” in the search bar and several versions will appear. Then do the same with “Adobe after effects”.

And you will need a bittorrent client to accomplish the download. Here is a good one:
