Ways to treat Swine Flu? How dangerous is it?
The media are ranting about the swine flu outbreak in Mexico, and about a possible development of a pandemic in the US. Can someone explain to me in a nutshell, about what the hell is on – because I’ve read many aritcles and none are clear – yeah they say that it’s dangerous and all but I need details… What is the US gonna do about it? What are they doing right now? Are we waitingh for something to happen?

The media loves to put people in a panic and watch their ratings soar.. they should be held accountable for scaring people. The US like all countries cannot do much about a flu, its a virus, it changes every season. It started in Mexico not in the US.
It’s flu.. few people die of flu, those that do are mostly in countries where they are ill fed like Mexico. Flu travels around in the air causing a low grade temperature, body aches and sometimes a sore throat.
Many people have all ready got over this flu it just a few days of rest, tylenol and soup and you will be up and about in no time.
The hassle is the CDC didn’t see it coming and never got a vaccine made for it that is the only reason they are such in a snit about it.

The news as a whole needs to be shot.
It’s just like the flu humans normally contract, and avian flu — a normal virus that many animals can contract. Unless there’s something wrong with you already, you won’t become seriously ill if you contract it. Anyhting you take when you have a “normal” flu should work well at fighting it off.
It’s no more dangerous than the common cold. News stations just need to be blown up, that’s all.
