Mayu asked:

I’ve been reading about multivitamins and most of what I read is basically – they’re no good… they really don’t do any good… and so on.

in light of this swine flu do you think taking a multivitamin daily would do more harm than good, or would you think that in light of the whole swine flu thing… it may actually be beneficial?
vitamins won’t make you immune to the flu… but they’re SUPPOSE to help strengthen your immunity to make it harder to get sick, and easier to fight the infection when you do.

Multivitamins are always a good idea, but they will not prevent you from getting any kind of flu. It’s a virus that enters your body and multivitamins won’t stop it.

Multivitamins will not and cannot affect a virus of which swine flu is. A multivitamin will not affect your body adversely so you do no harm in taking them.
