seems you’ve got
domain name, IP, hosting-server
then you going to need a web-server,
for simple (static) page service, you can use apache or lighttpd
for dynamic/server-side page service, you will need add php/jsp, or even mysql

Im Smarticle, I found a huge list of personal website hosting companies. Locating a nearby webhosting service can have advantages because you can visit their facility in case something goes wrong.

Hi, I came across this article on Bing and found this list quite informative. I currently host at 000webhost and love it. You can see for yourself: http://j.mp/FREEWebHosting

I think you would need to get some servers in order to do that.
have you tried googling getting servers?
