If you roll your mouse over the celeb’s tweet, on the very right hand side there is a star icon and an arrow. Click on the arrow. In the box on the top of your screen where you can update your profile, the name of the person you are replying to will appear with an ‘@’ sign in front of it. You can then type out your message and click ‘Update’. The celebrity can then see what you said, as well as the people following you.
