Shorter is ALWAYS better. Hyphens are a “no-no”. Out of the ones you listed, I’d go with the 3rd one.

opensourcejobsonline has the best relevant keyword density, this may help a bit with search engines as the search term “online” and “jobs” is very common. easy to remember too…. good luck with the project

The first one, gives the user visiting the site more knowledge on what they expect to find.
