The ipod runs using mp4 format, which is a quicktime format. I tried using psp9. and although that converted it to mp4, it didn’t give me the plug ins I needed to put it onto my ipod.
If you want to put it on your ipod quick and easily I would suggest Videora Ipod Converter 3.04. It will let you put video on your ipod classic, your iphone, your ipod touch, your ivideo, ipod nano…

Convert videos with that, Its a great free ipod to video program, You shoud not have a problem converting.
Click —> its a direct link to the page where you may download the software.
These are the steps for converting a video properly
add it to itunes
1) Open Program
2) click on add files
3) locate the file in the directory
4) add it to convert
5) follow the few steps of naming the file
6) wait and wait
7) locate the file to where it saved
9) sync your ipod
10) enjoy
