You can try PickMeApp – a software for programs transfer from one computer to another. It is still in Beta but, on other hand, it is free.
May be Move Me also can be of some help (though it is more for full transfer of OS and all applications to a new computer)

Call the company. They should be willing to work with you since you have the serial number.
