i have a software company (venture software development & solutions) but i have not any projectes for my company. how i can take them.

first you need money
second you consider what type of software you plan to develop
third you find professionals that you will need to develop your planned software. As a project manager that shouldnt be a problem for you.
You also have to work hard to get your company noticed. So marketing.
