I am chairing a committee and would like to have an interactive web tool where members can post thoughts, (a discussion forum) share articles,resources and find out about upcoming meeting dates. I found Moodle to be more educational course-related and too complex for my needs. Our group doesn’t have much of a budget so it would have to be free/opensource.
